PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the time order is received.If you are ordering during a promotion please note there may be delays due to high order volume. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. All Next Day Air orders must be submitted be by 11am EST to be dispatched same day. If you need your order processed quickly, you must select an expedited shipping option at checkout.

SHIPPING TIME
For US domestic orders, it usually takes 3-10 business days to receive the product after we processed the order. For orders outside of US, it usually takes 7-15 business days to receive the package.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Jaylin Jewelry and any original shipping time estimates.Ā
What happens if I still not receive my order after 30 days?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.
